Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with the main symptoms of vertigo; 2. Patients symptoms were in line with the diagnostic criteria; 3. All relevant objective examinations and laboratory tests returned normal results; 4. Patients were willing to participate in this study and signed informed consent, but also could cooperate with drug treatment and had good compliance; 5. TCM syndrome differentiation criteria for stagnation of turbid phlegm in middle-jiao and obstruction of the orifices by blood stasis (1) Stagnation of turbid phlegm in middle-jiao: Main symptoms: spinning of objects and head feeling heavy with a vise; Accompanied symptoms: chest tightness and nausea, vomiting and sputum, abdominal and epigastric fullness, loss of appetite and listlessness; Coating on the tongue: plump tongue, with dental impressions on the margin and whitish greasy coating. Pulse tracings: thread and slippery pulse. (2) Obstruction of the orifices by blood stasis Main symptoms: frequent vertigo and intense headache as stabbing. Accompanied symptoms: dark face, purple dark tongue and lips, scaly skin, amnesia, palpitation and insomnia, tinnitus and deafness. Coating on the tongue: purplish dim tongue, with petechiae and ecchymosis. Pulse tracings: taut uneven or small uneven pulse
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with major diseases, such as cardiogenic, metabolic, traumatic, infectious, severe organ dysfunction and psychotic diseases, etc.; (2) Pregnant or lactating women; (3) Patients who could not receive treatment or have poor compliance; (4) Patients who received treatment that was not accorded with the program; (5) Patients who participated in other clinical trials within 3 months.
