Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 6-7-year old, male or female; 2) be able to take part in the program for 3 years continually; 3) in good general health, no long-term medication, no other clinical trials are included; 4) no allergic history; 5) signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) be not able to take part in the program for 3 years continually; 2) with systemic diseases or syndromes, or on long-term medication, or included in other clinical trials; 3) be allergic to something; 4) dental fluorosis; 5) pit and fissure sealant; 6) without the informed consent.
