18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Open angle glaucoma including primary open angle glaucoma, pigmentary glaucoma or intraocular hypertention with poor medication response. 3. IOP = 21 mm Hg; 4. signed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Angle closure glaucoma or patients with a history of angle closure; 2. Patietns with previous surgery resulted in Schlemm cannal disruption; 3. New vascular glaucoma; 4. Patients with serious heart or lung diseases; 5. Patients with abnormal liver or renal function or advanced tumors; 6. Women who are pregnant or preparing for pregnancy or lactation; 7. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials in the last three months; 8. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension; 9. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes; 10. No light perception; 11. Patients who are not fit this study through the investigator's evaluation.
