Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients were diagnosed with esophageal and gastric varices by preoperative gastroscopy; 2. Esophagogastric variceal bleeding or red color sign was diagnosed by preoperative gastroscopy; 3. Esophageal variceal ligation, sclerotherapy or tissue adhesive injection was not done before; 4. Surgical shunt or disconnection was not done before; 5. Compliance of patients should be well and subsequent visit at 1 months, 3 months, 6 months after the operation on time.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Gastroscopy is routine to exclude contraindications such as hemorrhage caused by gastroduodenal disease, esaphagus straitness and so on; 2. A current diagnosis or medical history of a serious primary disease, such as the disease of heart, blood vessel, kidney, and hematopoietic system; 3. Women of pregnancy, lactation or preparation for pregnancy; 4. Patients of uncontrolled hepatic encephalopathy or uncorrected hemorrhagic shock; 5. Exclude the patients of regional varicose gastric fundus vein.
