Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years; 2. The whole process is performed under thoracoscope; 3. ASA score=3 points, ECOG score 0-1 point; 4. Lung cancer patients undergoing lobectomy with cleft not fully developed(including tuberculosis, COPD); Pulmonary tuberculosis patients undergoing lobectomy or wedge resection; Congenital pulmonary cyst underwent wedge resection or lobectomy with recurrent pulmonary infection and hemoptysis; Pulmonary bullae with pneumothorax who needs lobectomy or wedge resection; Pulmonary bullae without pneumothorax but has operation indication needing lobectomy or wedge resection; 5. Sign the surgical consent before operation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Give up thoracoscope in operation for some reasons; 2. Operation with Leonardo Da Vinci surgical robot; 3. with a history of thoracic surgery; 4. Has a history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy within 30 days before operation; 5. Hasd a history of anticoagulant 15 days before operation; 6. Severe pulmonary leakage due to the seperation of severe pleural adhesion; 7. Pregnant or forthcoming patients.
