Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged <18 years of new diagnosed AML; 2. AML-ETO or CBFB-MYH11 fusion gene positive; 3. All patients need to have informed consent signed by parents or legal guardian before enrollment into the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary (post-MDS) AML; 2. Secondary (medicine) AML; 3. Down syndrome-AML; 4. With serious organ dysfunction; 5. With congenital immunodeficiency disease, organ transplantation history or secondary tumor.
