18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Primary IgA nephropathy diagnosed by renal biopsy within 1 years; (2) Aged from 18 to 70 years old, and the sex is not limited; (3) The blood pressure can effectively control less than 130/80mmHg; (4) eGFR=60ml/min; (5) 0.5g=24h urinary protein quantitation=2.0g.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Secondary IgA nephropathy; (2) Renal biopsy revealed crescent formation in patients; (3) Used Sinomenine preparation, hormone, ACEI or ARB in 1 months; (4) Combined with systemic diseases such as heart, brain, liver and hematopoietic system, or other serious diseases affecting the survival of the patients; (5) The level of ALT, AST or total bilirubin were exceeded 1.5 times than the normal limit; (6) Pregnant or lactating women; (7) A history of asthma and a history of drug allergy; (8) Taken apart in other clinical study within 3 month.
