the trial group:application of Mingmu Xunxi Decoction for 1m
the control group:Meibomian glands massage, application of the tobramycin dexamethasone eye ointment per night, application of artificial tear drops 4-8 times pei day

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 30 and 50 years old; 2. one or both eyes with dry eye syndrome or the following symptoms: 1) have more serious than moderate degree of dry eye symptoms (eg eye itching, foreign body sensation, burning sensation, pain and dryness, visual impairment, congestion and or tears); 2) T-BUT (Tear Film Break-up Time) = 5s and Schirmer-I (no surface anesthesia) test results = 5mm/5min; 3) meibomian gland score> 3 points; 4) voluntarily participate in and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) skin diseases such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome or pemphigoid; (2) vitamin A deficiency; (3) nearly 6 months had eye surgery (including refractive surgery); (4) facial contusion caused by blinding; (5) a history of occlusion or tearful embolization; (6) pregnant women, breastfeeding women or planned pregnant patients.
