Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for rotator cuff tear, aged 20-80 years old. 2. Did not use analgesic drugs and local closed or other treatment in 12 hours 3. The mind is clear and the spirit is normal. 4. Voluntary treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. there was a history of cancer, tuberculosis 2. patiengs who have heart, liver, lung, kidney and other major diseases 3. epilepsy patients, pregnant women and patients who have infectious diseases 4. patients who have pacemakers 5. patients who have blood vessel, anger, scar, wound, serious ulcer and tumor on the wrist
