Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who fulfilled the diagnosis criteria ofchronic tic disorder or Tourette's syndrome according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition; 2. Patients aged 3-25 years old, no sex limited; 3. YGTSS > 22; 4. Patients diagnosed or acceptted regular treatment for more than one year, but ineffcetive or relapsed; 5. Stop using any kinds of antimicrobial drugs, probiotic, prebiotics, immunosuppressive drugs, high doses of vitamins and other drugs affected intestinal microbes for more than 1 month; 6. Voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form by a legally acceptable representative or/and the patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with an allergy to anesthetics; 2. Patients with organic nervous system diseases or other kinds of diseases seriously impaceted the quality of life; 3. IQ = 70; 4. Patients have a history of abuse of psychosis; 5. treatment follow-up process of children or families can not meet.
