Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of the above Chinese and western medicine; 2. The patient's vital signs are stable, clear, unconscious and conscious; 3. For the first arterial system ischemia with limb hemiplegia, and the course of disease is < 3 months, and no longer with thrombolytic, anticoagulant and other drugs as the main treatment patients; 4. Aged 40-75, male and female; 5. Signed informed consent to complete the treatment according to the doctor's request.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) not meeting the above diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; (2) the acute phase of cerebral apoplexy is not stable; (3) there are serious cardiovascular and cerebral vascular, liver, kidney and other complications, delirious, dementia, various psychosis patients and not willing to partner; (4) except for transient ischemic episodes of cerebral ischemia, loss of reversible ischemic neurologic function, subarachnoid hemorrhage and brain tumors; (5) patients with except bilateral lesions; (6) except for the cerebellum; (7) to exclude cavitate cerebral infarction.
