Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative liver function child-pugh score for the grade A, or grade B turn into grade A after liver protection therapy; 2. Open surgery for partial hepatectomy under the combined general anesthesia within 6 hours, and the postoperative pathology is liver cancer; 3. All cases were not seen a clear gastrointestinal dysfunction or severe malnutrition before operation; 4. Agreed to join the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Liver cancer nodules rupture bleeding or merging infection before the operation; 2. Suffered from a history of gastrointestinal disease before the operation; 3. Used other medications that affect gastrointestinal function; 4. Do not agree to join the study.
