Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-75 years old; 2) any ethnicity,any gender; 3) patients with head and neck tumors need radiotherapy or chemotherapy; 4) radiotherapy range includes primary and cervical lymphatic drainage area; 5) conscious, no communication barriers, can answer questions; 6) Sign informed consent; 7) willing to participate in this study, can follow up and well compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age less than 18 years old; 2) patients without malignant diagnosis of malignant tumors; 3) brain tumors, nasal cavity, sinus and other non-routine prevention of radiation in the neck of the tumor; 4) metabolic, endocrine-related disease patients; 5) the mind is not clear, or there are obstacles to communication, can not answer the question; 6) don't want to participate in this study; 7) patients with malignant tumors other than head and neck tumors; 8) have a history of immunodeficiency, or suffer from other acquired, congenital immune deficiency disease, or have a history of organ transplantation; 9) mental or cognitive impairment.
