Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years old, skilled using smart phone, without reading or listening problems were eligible for helicobacter pylori-positive (diagnosed by gastroendoscopy or 13 C urea breath test) and signed for informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) major organic diseases which do not allow the patient to take the medicine and complete follow-up or attend visits; (2) hypersensitive or previous allergic reactions to any component of the combination therapy; consultant wish to use an H. pylori therapy other than the study medication; (3) previous H. pylori eradication, taking antibioticsnonsteroid anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID) PPIbismuth within the 4 weeks before the study, abuse to antibiotics in daily life; (4) pregnancy or lactation; (5) history of gastric surgery and malignancy; (6) used probiotics and antioxidant vitamins such as vitamins C and E in 2weeks before the study.
