Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Gastric cancer diagnosed by gastroscopy and biopsy; 2) Staging diagnosis is complete by means of enhanced CT scan and/or endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS); 3) Clinical staging is cT1NOM0 cT1N1M0 or cT2NOM0; 4) ECOG less than 2 points, tolerant for gastrectomy and D2 lymph node dissection; 5) Be able to follow the study instructions and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Remnant gastric cancer, recurrent gastric cancer and abdominopelvic multiple primary cancer; 2) D2 lymph node dissection is not performed; 3) Metastatic gastric cancer is confirmed by intraoperative exploration; 4) Non gastric cancer is confirmed by postoperative pathological examination; 5) The sampling or report of lymph nodes does not conform to the standards in this study.
