Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Spastic hemiplegia following hemorrhagic stroke; (2) MMSE scales scores were above 27, with normal language function ; (3) Fugl-Meyer scales scores were 20-30 points; (4) Male and female aged 35-60 years old; (5) Had received regular rehabilitation therapy for at least 1 years and ceased improving in the paralyzed hand; (6) Could walk independently; (7) Willing to receive therapy to achieve further functional improvement; (8) Central neurologic injury only involving the hemisphere contralateral to the paralyzed hand, as indicated by brain MRI scans; (9) Had received education of Grade four and above.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of severe systemic diseases such as diabetes mellitus or cardiopulmonary diseases, contraindicating surgery; (2) A family history of psychosis, major depression, suicidal ideation, or epilepsy, mental illness, or epilepsy; (3) Presence of severe, fixed contracture or joint deformity; (4) Have received Botulinum toxin injection in 6 monthes before adimission.
