Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 years and more; 2. Cancer patients need to be detained PICC catheters; 3. Khorana Score =1 (Cancer patients with chemotherapy related VTE must at moderate risk or above); 4. ECOG Score =2 (Patients' physical state must in 50% in bed during the day (Ambulatory and capable of all self-care but unable to carry out any work activities. Up and about more than 50% of waking hours or above); 5. Patients must be informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are with high risk of bleeding; 2. Patients who are combined use of interacting drugs with rivaroxaban; 3. The patient or its authorized person is unwilling to sign a written informed consent or unwilling to comply with the clinical trial protocol; 4. Pregnant or breast-feeding women; 5. Life expectancy of less than or equal to (<=) 6 months; 6. Patients who have diagnosed of acute deep venous thrombosis past or present.
