Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients meet the indications for IUI treatment 1. Medical history of infertility 1 year to 5 years; 2. Aged 21-35 years; 3. Double unobstructed oviduct confirmed by hysterosalpingography and/or laparoscope; 4. No history of pelvic inflammation, ectopic pregnancy, and previous IUI or IVF treatment; 5. Normal ovary function (bFSH<10IU/LAFC=7).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Infertility due to pelvic or tubal factor; 2. Contraindications to IUI treatment; 3. Diminished ovarian reserve (BFSH>10IU/LAFC28, Weight>80kg) 5. History of intrauterine adhesion or abnormal morphology of the uterine cavity; 6. Recurrent spontaneous abortion.
