18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Patients who receive cardiac valvular surgery; 3. American society of anesthesiologists classification II to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of dementia, psychiatric illness or any diseases of central nervous system; 2. Accompanying liver or kidney function deficiency; 3. History of some endocrine disease; 4. Alcoholism and drug dependence; 5. Patients who have second surgery during the study period; 6. Difficult to follow up or patients with poor compliance.
