Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 40 and 85 years old; 2. No history of hemiplegia side shoulder pain before the stroke; 3. Voice and cognitive function can ensure normal communication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with heart disease; (2) Medical history more than 6 months; (3) 1 week before oral analgesic drugs.
