Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) a history of diabetes, B scan ocular ultrasound showed vitreous hemorrhage; (2) adults over the age 18 years; (3) vitrectomy did not cause significant damage to visual function, no complications such as choroidal hemorrhage, Traction retinal detachment of the retina successfully reset; (4) to use this treatment program adhere to treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) suffering from retinal vein occlusion, retinal vein inflammation, ocular trauma, exudative age-related macular degeneration, Coat's disease and other diseases caused by vitreous hemorrhage; (2) with iris neovascularization, Neovascular glaucoma patients; (3) taking calcium dobesilate, difrarel; (4) had eye diseases due to intraocular surgery; (5) follow-up time of less than 6 months; (6) a history of drug abuse; (7) combined with severe heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system and other systemic diseases; (8) mental illness; (9) Be participating in other clinical drug trials.
