Group 1:Thoracic paravertebral block with ropivacaine

Group 2:Thoracic paravertebral block with dexmedetomidine and ropivacaine

Group 3:Dexmedetomidine intravenous group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult who have elective pulmonary lobectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18; body mass index(BMI)more than 40kg/m2; coagulopathy; a history of relevant drug allergy; chronic hepatic or renal insufficiency; pregnancy or breastfeeding; a history of alcohol or analgesia dependence; chronic pain
