20 Years to 39 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy and no medical and family history of any non-communicable chronic diseases, including diabetes, hyperlipidemia, heart disease, disease of bone metabolism et al., and no physical barrier; 2. BMI< 25kg/m2 (no overweight and obsity); 3. No factors of influence MRS test, such as metal inplant in vivo, tattoos et al.; 4. Everyone signs a research informed consent, after reading it.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Don't meet inclusion criteria even one; 2. Allergic to vitamin D; 3. Joined the group used too large dose hormone cyclophosphamide biological agents and calcium regulator 3 months before; 4. According to the researcher's judgment has lower possibility into the group or other disease let it complicate to join the group ,or easy to lost to follow-up.
