Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years, male or female; 2. Lobectomy surgery after closed drainage of patients; 3. Have read the subject's information, agreed to treat and signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Blood coagulation disorders tend to bleeding; 2. Hepatic pleural effusion, continuous drainage can lead to a large number of patients with protein and electrolyte loss; 3. Those who have not completed informed consent and who can not accurately describe the condition.
