Single Treatment:One time treatment of collagenase intra-scar injection
Multiple Treatment:One treatment of collagenase intra-scar injection every month, for 3 months
Control:One time saline injection

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-65 years male and female; 2) Patient with contracted scar around the joint; 3) Agree with the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Scar within 3 months; 2) Patient with conditions unsuitable for collagenase treatment in the scar area (including infection, ischemia, delayed healing, history of radiation therapy); 3) History of scar treatment or interventions within 6 months (including 5-FU, glucocorticoid injection); 4) History of chronic diseases. 5) Using anticoagulant drug 6) Impaired heart function, or liver function, or rental function; 7) History of smoking within 60 days; 8) History of malignant tumor 9) Pregnant or breeding; 10) Allergy to collagenase; 11) History of mental disease; 12) Have participated to other clinical trial within 60 days; 13) Not tolerance to the risks; 14) Resist to sign the informed consent form.
