18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged >18 years old; 2. inpatients; 3. with some words and expression ability; 4. vascular conditions conform to the requirements of the PICC catheter, scheduled intubation site without radiotherapy, venous thrombosis, vascular surgery, or skin rash, skin damaged, normal coagulation function; 5. One-time catheter succeeded. Excluded patients with contraindications to tube, such as history of vascular surgery, or skin rash, coagulant function abnormality.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: catheter < 7days withdrawing tube or death of patients
