Two groups:Structured aerobic exercise moderate intensity as determined by Borg scale of Perceived Exertion, 12 weeks, 3 times per week versus health talks 1 hour per each session, total 6 sessions, 1

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chinese; 2. aged 60 or above; 3. able to communicate; 4. Abbreviated Mental Test score equal or greater than 6; 5. score of reduced activity subscale of Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory >=10.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. visually imparied; 2. auditory imparied; 3. inability to walk; 4. have pre-existing psychiatric diagnosis; 5. bedbound; 6. musculoskeletal contracture; 7. acute exacerbation of osteoarthritis; 8. received cancer treatments in the past 24 months; 9. have advanced or terminal malignancies as being labelled as supportive or terminal care by qualified physicians; 10. received operation in the past 6 months; 11. participate in other structured exercise programme.
