Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis and pathological diagnosis of renal damage in patients with hypertension; In accordance with early and mid stages for the staging of renal damage with hypertension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with primary renal disease; Belonging to the late stage of hypertensive renal damage; Hypertensive renal damage caused by malignant hypertension; Urinary protein > 2g/24h; Other secondary causes of chronic renal failure; Patients with severe heart disease or mental illness; Pregnant or lactating women; Replacement therapy has been performed.
