Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Primary KOA patients aged 30 to 80 years; (2) Repeated unilateral or bilateral knee pain for more than 1 months; (3) The average intensity of knee pain was moderate or severe (more than 30-mm on a 100-mm visual analogue scale) for the last one week; (4) Agree to join the research; (5) Did not take any analgesic or other therapies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The imaging examination showed joint space narrowing, subchondral sclerosis and (or) cystic degeneration, articular margin of osteophyte formation; (2)Diagnosed secondary KOA(e.g. Infectional arthritis, Gouty arthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis); (3) Complicated with severe diseases (e.g. cerebral, liver, kidney, or hematopoietic system diseases), or mental defects, asthma; (4) Pregnant women; (5) There are other parts of the pain at the same time; (6) Poor treatment compliance (e.g. unstable working and living situation, difficult follow-up).
