Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The colonic adenoma polyp patients were diagnosed by colonoscopy and histologic; 2. Aged 18 to 70 years old; 3. Agree to participate in the researcher, and sign the informed consent .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are serious complications.such as indigitationintestinal obstruction or serious diarrhea and so on; 2. Polyp has cancered or familial adenomatous polyp patients; 3. Merger of serious primary diseases ,such as liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and endocrine system diseases; 4. Pregnancy or in the preparation of pregnancy women, nursing mothers; 5. The related drug allergy or contraindications; 6. psychopath; 7. Colonoscopy prompt consolidation ulcerative colitis and crohn's disease.
