18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. mechanical ventilation patients who did tracheotomy; 2. passed Spontaneous Breathing Trial(SBT).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. age<18 years old; 2. GCS<12; 3. copious secretions with cough:sputum volume is above mass and viscosity is above II degree; 4. unable to cough; 5. known upper airway obstraction; 6. craniofacial trauma or burn; 7. high risk of aspiration; 8. neuromuscular Disease.
