55 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed AML patients by both morphology and immunology; 2. Rule out APL by morphology and molecular; 3. To be aged 55~71 years; 4. All patients will be evaluated by the researchers to see if they are qualified for this trial; 5. Signed written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ejection fraction =2.
