20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients were included if 1) they had neck pain greater than 3 months duration; 2) Aged between 20-70 years; 3) their musculoskeletal pain (100mm visual analog scale) were greater than 30mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients were excluded if they had 1) neck pain caused by other pathological entities; 2) poor cardiovascular status; 3) pregnancy 4) rheumatoid arthritis; 5) previous surgery of the spine; 6) subacrominal impingement syndrome; 7) Participated in a neck exercise program in past 12 months.
