Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Epidemiological investigation of Hp infection 1) check-up crowd (infant population and medical care); 2) guardian or I signed informed consent; Helicobacter pylori and remedial treatment plan for the first time 1) aged 18 to 70 - year - old male or female patients; 2) signed informed consent and inform the specific test plan; 3) the (first) positive serological detection of Hp - IgG antibody; Never do Hp healer, gastroscope examination rapid urease positive; 4) salvage therapy () after the first treatment review breath test is positive, and stopped for more than 3 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) the heart, liver, kidney, lung, and other important organs and hemorrhagic disease and congenital diseases; 2) guardian or patients refuse into groups; 3) alcohol and/or drug abuse, addiction or rely on) or the doctor determine compliance claim; 4) no legal behavior ability or self-knowledge is poor; 5) gastroscopy given antibiotics before 12 weeks, bismuth agent and proprietary Chinese medicine drugs such as; 6) the use of drug allergy.
