Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Stages of protection treatment: (1) pathological diagnosis of NSCLC patients with stage I-IV; (2) patients undergoing or preparing to begin chemotherapy; (3) ECOG score: 0-3, KPS>=50; (4) expected survival >=3 months; (5) aged 18 - 75 years old; (6) no chemotherapy contraindications; (7) signed an informed consent, and better compliance. 2. Stages of maintenance treatment: (1) pathological diagnosis of NSCLC patients with stage III-IV; (2) 2-4 cycles chemotherapy evaluation of SD; (3) ECOG score: 0-3, KPS>=50; (4) expected survival >=3 months; (5) aged 18 -75 years old; (6) signed an informed consent, and better compliance. 3. Stages of rehabilitation (1) pathological diagnosis of postoperative NSCLC patients ; (2) patients ofstage II-IIIA have completedad juvant chemotherapy; (3) ECOG score: 0-1, KPS>=80; (4) expected survival >=6 months; (5) aged 18 -75 years old; (6) signed an informed consent, and better compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) NSCLC patients without pathology diagnosis; (2) pregnant or lactating women, mentally ill; (3) serious organic disease or uncontrolled infection; (4) allergy study drug.
