Inclusion criteria: ASA I - II, tracheal intubation general anesthesia, laparoscopic hysterectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are serious cardiovascular diseases (such as heart rate is too slow, block, etc.), liver and kidney function is not complete, the mental obstacle is difficult to match
