Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 60 cases patients with elective unilateral Total Knee Arthroplasty, Aged 50 to 80 years old,and American Society of Anesthesiologists class 1 to 2. Informed consent of anesthesi were asigned Plan to adopt intra-spinal canal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of Coagulation disorders and/or nervous system disease and/or allergies to Amide or opioid.Patiens refuse to take part in study or can't evaluate analgesic scores,and BMI>32.
