18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) elective lower abdominal surgery or lower limb surgery; 2) to sign the informed consent form; 3) ASAI~II class; 4) aged 60 ~ 4 years old; 5) the gender is not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 refusal to sign the informed consent form; 2. the existence of the epidural anesthesia; 3. the history of chronic pain; 4. the history of mental illness and mental disease; 5. a clear diagnosis of cardiac or vascular disease; 6. the history of peptic ulcer bleeding; 7. renal insufficiency (serum creatinine >133mmmol/L); 8. liver dysfunction (AST or ALT or both >40 and U/L); 9. unable to communicate or exchange; 10. to participate in other clinical trials within 10 months.
