Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria: cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer; 2. Patients aged 20 to 70 years old; 3. KPS score:greater than or equal to 60 points; 4. Patients expected survival more than 3 months; 5. Blood, liver and kidney function in line with the level of tolerance to chemotherapy; 6. Good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Do not meet the diagnostic criteria:cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer; 2. Patients intractable vomiting because of intracranial hypertensiongastrointestinal obstruction or other causes; 3. Patients have severe liverkidney heart and brain dysfunction,brain tumorscere brovascular diseaseserious complication; 4. Patients have mental illness or mental disorder with difficult to control; 5. Patients appear nausea or vomiting before chemotherapy within 24h; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7. Patients with metastatic disease to the central nervous system.
