Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inpatient department patients, within one year of age, including the newborn, Shenzhen Childrens Hospital, disease course less than 2 weeks. In line with the bacterial meningitis diagnostic criterion: the cerebrospinal fluid and/or blood culture positive for bacteria, or cerebrospinal fluid smear positive for bacteria; or if the bacteriology examination is negative cerebrospinal fluid leukocyte count should be more than 500*10^6/L, level of protein increased and level of sugar reduced. Rule out other diseases of the central nervous system. No other special disease before illness. The guardian is willing to cooperate with the treatment team.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Elder one year of age, more than 2 weeks of disease course, do not accord with criteria of diagnosis; With other serious diseases; Guardian does not wish to cooperate.
