Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Intractable epilepsy, or ASD with or without epilepsy; Conform to the study of disease diagnosis standard, part of disease should be genetic diagnosis. Major diseases are: 1.Landau-Kleffner syndromeAngelman syndrome; 2.Dravet syndromeRett syndrome; 3.Doose syndrome; 4.ASD(autism spectrum disorders), with or without epilepsy; 5.Cortical dysplasia with intractable epilepsy; 6.Autoimmune encephalitis combined intractable epilepsy; 7.Infantile spasms; 8.Tuberous sclerosis with epilepsy; 9.Intractable epilepsy and tic disorder or ADHD combility; 10.Refractory epilepsy combined low intelligence; 11.Refractory epilepsy combined speech retarded; 12.Mitochondrial diseases such as metabolic disease; 13.Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, epilepsy surgery failure cases of ketogenic diet therapy (adult); 14.Super refractory status epilepticus; 15.Pachygyria malformation combined intractable epilepsy; 16.Pyruvate dehydrogenase deficiency, cohort; 17.Glut-1 deficiency syndrome, cohort.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis is not completely in line with cases; There are genetic metabolic diseases that contraindicated by ketogenic diet therapy; Patients with severe diseases in major organs; The guardian can't cooperate, or can't understand the research.
