Interventions

NACT1:If response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy,radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy will be implemented
NACT2:If no response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy, radiotherapy will be implemented
Group of concurrent chemoradiation:chemoradiation

Sex/Gender
Female

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) clinical stage IB2 and IIA2 according to the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics (FIGO); 2) bidimensionally measurable lesion; 3) normal hematologic, hepatic, and renal function; 4) no heart or lung disease by clinical examination; 5) no active infection and 6) Understand and voluntarily sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) serious systemic organ dysfunction; 2) Patient with malignant tumor that needs to be treat; 3) The patients with clinical symptom of brain dysfunction or serious psychiosis that can't understand or obey the study; 4) Patients that can't followed up as scheduled; 5) Patients that can't guarantee complete the plan and follow up.
