Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria are the residual stromal thickness of more than 250um and less than 320ummean manifest refraction spherical equivalent (MRSE) over -5.00 D.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: concurrent eye infection; past history herps infection or chemical injury; severely dry syes; established keratoconus; subejects with thin cornea (residual stroma <25um)
