Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. There is no other organ metastasis or distant lymph node metastasis; 2. Without previous chemotherapy or radiation therapy, white blood cell count greater than 4000/ul and platelet count greater than 100,000/ul, no abnormality of cardiac, renal or liver function; 3. patients volunteer to participate,and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Be allergy to test drugs or paclitaxel; 2. With a history of alcoholism, drug abuse or drug abuse; 3. Participated in any drug test in the 3 months ago before the trial.
