18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. T1G3 bladder cancer without adenocarcinoma or squamous cell carcinoma; 2. aged from 18-80 years old, expected life>2 years, ECOG score from 0-2; 3. good function of main organs: liver, kidney, bone marrow, heart and etc.; 4. understanding this study and signed informed constent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. prior treatment with intravesical BCG or chemotherapy of Gemcitabine and Cisplatin; 2. muscle-invasive or metastatic bladder cancer; 3. be allergic to BCG; 4. be pregnant or in breast-feeding period.
