Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed invasive cervical cancer: squamous, adenocarcinoma; 2. Tumor size 2- 4 cm; 3. FIGO stage IB1; 4. Desire to preserve fertility; 5. No clinical evidence of impaired fertility; 6. Chest X-ray with no evidence of metastasis; 7. Preoperative MRI of pelvis and abdomen, or appropriate imaging protocol with no evidence of pelvic lymph node metastases, and confirmation of tumor limited to the cervix; 8. Aged <=40 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tumor metastasis; 2. HIV positive; 3. Cancer history or history of cancer related treatment; 4. Any condition not suitable for chemotherapy of TP regimen; 5. Pregnant or during lactation; 6. Other severe mental or physical illness.
