Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients (American Society of Anesthesiologists grade I and II) who were scheduled for elective surgery requiring tracheal intubation under general anaesthesia were enrolled into this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with the history of poor cardiopulmonary function, coronary-artery disease, cerebrovascular disorders, and lung surgery needed to use the double-lumen endobronchial tube were excluded from this study.
