Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are prepared to undergo laparoscopic nephrectomy in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University are enrolled in this study if they met the following inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists grade I or II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. turn to open surgery; 2. took drugs that may affect body temperature before surgery; 3. severe circulatory or respiratory system disease; 4. have fever or infection before surgery; 5. metabolic disorders; 6. familial autonomic nerve dysfunction; 7. Renault's syndrome.
