24 Years to 38 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. fulfill the Rotterdam consensus; 2. without any hormone drugs previous 3 months; 3. age no old than 40; basal serum FSH concentration of no more than 10 IU/L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. premauture ovarian failure,diminished ovarian reserve;endometriosis grade 3 or higher; 2. a diagnosis of congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushings syndrome, androgen-producing tumours, hyperprolactinaemia and thyroid dysfunction; 3. any contraindications to ovarian stimulation treatment
