18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. conforming to the diagnostic criteria of mixed hemorrhoid; 2. received operation of external dissection and internal ligation; 3. at least two wounds after the surgery; 4. about 1/3-1/2 of anal area are wound area.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. along with sphincterotomy,resection of anal fissure,radical surgery of anal fistula,Hemorrhoid circumcision,posterior colporrhaphy and the patient whose wound area surpasses 1/2 of the anal area; 2. received methylene blue for analgesia; 3. patients suffering severe constipation; 4. patients suffering inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal tumor; 5. concurrent severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 6. pregnancies and perinatal women; 7. patients with hepatorenal diseases; 8. patients with metabolic disorders such as diabetes and gout; 9. longer-term use of the hormone drugs; 10. severe mentally disordered patients.
